T-DNA Browser : T-DNA browser provides the user interface to search and to display T-DNA insertion information on chromosomes of M. oryzae. Total number of items shows for whole TAIL-PCR sequences, and experiment count indicates the sequence having a part of M. oryzae genome sequence. Sorting function using Name and ContigID was provided. Border field shows type of borders in TAIL-PCR sequence and Type field provides genomic feature such as intron, exon, intergenic and vector (Vector means TAIL-PCR sequence containing only vector sequence). The last field, TTL/FTTL provides TTL information to link TTL/FTTL Browser.
